Christ University DebSoc

The Christ University Debating Society is the official Debating Society of Christ University, Bangalore. Christ University was previously known as Christ College (Autonomous). The Christ University Debating Society represents the University in all Inter Collegiate, InterVarsity, National & International Debating events. It also acts as a catalyst in developing debating potential, leadership possibility and talent in Public Speaking in the University student community. The Debating Society operates under the Student Welfare Office of the University alongside the guidance of the management. We also organize The Christ University Annual Parlimentary Debate.

Christ University Parliamentary Debate

The Christ University Debating Society will be organizing the Christ University Parliamentary Debate which will be held this month on the 27th. The Debate will be in the Asians 3 on 3 parliamentary debate format and is open to the Bangalore Debating Circuit.

A Few more adding on...

The Society broke into the Semis at the Mood Indigo IIT Bombay Parliamentary Debate making a mark in a fresh debating circuit. The Christ University Debating Society also bagged the 1st place and the third place at Inbloom 2009. The Debating Society also bagged the second place at Alaap 2009 at Christ University
